Very kind and knowledgeable staff who went the extra mile to determine the part in question was still under warranty from a replacement that was made prior to my purchase. Most shops would still charge for the service or not even tell me that it was covered. Don Franklin Russell Springs went above and beyond in an ethical and upfront manner.
Ryan was awesome! He was friendly and very helpful. He was excited about his job and that was easy to tell. I loved that he took the time to show Weston (he was the one who was buying) everything about the Jeep before he left the lot with it. That’s service!
