I enjoy the haircut, shampoo, hot towel, massage and style. The shampoo and “grooming goods” used, has a great scent that sticks with me.
I don't remember her name but I think she is new.
She was very pleasant. My only concern is she finished too fast.
The day after my cut, I find irregular lengths here and there.
My only suggestion would be she took a little extra time to double check the work.
