Love the VIP! Wish it would go back to two towels and a wash and condition without the added cost. But I understand costs going up and the need to limit services in the name of cost efficiency. Wish the cold towels were more than just July!

I came in for a hair cut. Checked in online. Once I showed up in the store. I was greeted by Brittney. She was awesome!! Super welcoming and friendly. She got me checked in super quick and got me back in minutes. I had no complaints, she made sure everything was to my liking. She treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. I appreciate her service and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Brittney! You made my day. :)
