I came in for a hair cut. Checked in online. Once I showed up in the store. I was greeted by Brittney. She was awesome!! Super welcoming and friendly. She got me checked in super quick and got me back in minutes. I had no complaints, she made sure everything was to my liking. She treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. Great haircuts. Some of the best hair stylists, they listen to your requirements and tailor your haircut to perfection. Hair wash, hot towels and the massager on the back, the MVP combo is quite relaxing.
It was genuinely one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time. My barber really took into account what I wanted and even suggested some helpful changes and explained why. I've never had someone care so much about my hair before.

Love the VIP! Wish it would go back to two towels and a wash and condition without the added cost. But I understand costs going up and the need to limit services in the name of cost efficiency. Wish the cold towels were more than just July!
