I really like the sign in process. I pick a stylist from home (the app) and arrive at the shop a few minutes prior to the time available. Basically an appointment…at the last minute.
You keep notes on file about how I like my hair cut. That way, no matter who or at what location cuts my hair- they already have some idea.

Love the MVP experience, and especially the complementary neck trim in between cuts. The staff is professional, skilled, and so friendly. My most recent cut was with Lizette at Syracuse location and she was terrific!

We come here often. For me it’s about every 2-3 weeks because I need to keep my hair cut clean. Zero fade with ballers on the sides and back. Nickole is always amazing and super friendly. She is always good for a great chat while getting my haircut completed. I completely recommend this location she and a few others on the team as well but this survey is for her.
The mvp package is my go to. It is just a great way to have a relaxing experience during my haircuts. Being able to get a cut and a wash is super convenient when I need to get to my next place.
