Matt listened to what I thought I needed, carefully described the options, made sure I understood the choice's consequences and gave me a repair bill estimate. The service Tech that did the work talked me through his work, commented on what he found, washed the bike so it looks brand new and all for a LOT less than anticipated. No attempts to up-sell me - just straight talk. Good job.
