The sales and support staff are all super helpful, attentive, supportive, and informative without being pushy or condescending. I've experienced this at all three of the Freewheel locations I've been able to purchase from recently, as well as the online store staff. The comparison has actually been rather stark when I have visited three other non-Freewheel bike shops around the Twin Cities in the past couple of months. Freewheel has been head and shoulders above them. Thanks for creating a culture across your stores (including online) that is consistently superior, which was exemplified at your Woodbury location.

Provided excellent & fast.(less than 4 days) brake adjustment/services on two (2) youth manual Mongoose scooters w/ 12 inch inflatable spoked tires/wheels. Included a few extra stainless nuts that were missing from original shipping boxes at no additional costs. Thanks for everything - will likely be bringing in our adult bikes for service/tuneup in the future.

Very quick service. We initially wanted a full level 1 service and wheel truing. But, after a quick look at the bike, the mechanic said everything was in good shape and only needed the wheel truing and managed to get it done later that day.
