Every thing. I have participated in water aerobics which I really enjoyed and now I am a happy, regular at Dominique’s yoga classes.
The class instructors are a delight to be with. They make exercising fun instead of work. The facility is nearby;however, could use more parking space.
An improvement would be to have some Senior classes in the afternoon. Other commitments makes it hard to always come before noon.

Reasonably well equipped facility. More modest than the Weekley YMCA near where we used to live but the Foster location has the basics and is near our new home. Glad it's close by!

A great variety of options for the novice to the serious hard-core athlete . Staff is very friendly. Instructor show up on time. The facility is clean, easy to navigate, and the equipment is user-friendly
