Andrew White did a fabulous job pulling together the yoga program after some of the instructors moved away this past summer. That and my personal training sessions with Andrew Hoffart are why I stay a member at the 34th Street Y.

I love the Silver Sneakers classes, especially Eliot Perez. Willard is good, too, but Eliot’s Water Aerobics class was great fun. I love the fellowship I find in my classmates. Diane also does a great job at the front desk and with the activities she organizes. Big fun!

I had an awesome session on how to use the weights. The staff is friendly and the front desk is very helpful.
We attend the Silver Sneakers with Eliot and his class is always fun. It gives my husband and I a really good workout and we enjoy getting to know the other people in the class.
I like the options for seniors and the best possible instructor in having Eliot Perez conduct the Silver Sneaker classes. He is the best, motivating, engaging, smart, encouraging, etc.
I do wish a check in could be set up at the entrance to the classes for days when parking is limited to the back lot.

Child watch staffing could improve - during busy times there often aren’t enough staffers. AC doesn’t work well enough in the wellness room.
So practical and friendly.
Shannon Trevino is my trainer. She does excellent work as well as being caring. The staff in the Wellness center and the Front Desk are very friendly and helpful. I am not much of an activity person and not at all a "joiner" but your staff and members make going an enjoyable way to keep mobile.

We had an amazing summer basketball season at the Y. It was our first time playing basketball for my son and we can't stop raving about how well organized it was. But what stood out the most was the staff. I wish I could recall the young women who worked on Saturdays but their names escape me. They were so so lovely, welcoming and kind. Harry Oliver was also wonderful and thoughtful! Thank you all so very much for giving us such a warm welcome and a great learning environment for our son, Roman.

Committed coaching staff
The parking lot sometimes has Constable present. The Entryway is clean and inviting. Front desk staff is present and attentive. Locker rooms are for most part upkept. BEWARE NOT TO BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE EVEN IF YOU USE A LOCK. My husband had his lock Brocken and thrives took his entire bag containing his work clothes! His locker neighbor had his taken as well as his car keys and computer. No one ever contacted my husband even though he immediately walked over to inform desk staff.
All areas seemed well kept. The sports director and staff are curtious, friendly, and helpful.
