The YMCA in Missouri City is not full, equipments are working, and the price by being a silver sneakers is a good price. Please be competitive with the private exercise clubs by having more exposures to the public and more classes to offer.

Programs for all ages are offered here. We use the seniors/Forever Well programs, but classes are available for all age groups.

Instructors are kind and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Yoga and the treadmill. Wish there was a steam room and more yoga. It's always too full and sometimes I can't even get in the class.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love Veronica's yoga class. Every time she comes to class w/ enthusiasm, connects w/ her students, and encourage them to do their best. She is not just "showing up to teach". Our class attendance has gone up dramatically from a couple months ago. People love Veronica's yoga class.

Kristen is an excellent instructor. I feel great after her classes. It keeps us healthy. I enjoy all the friends that I have made at the Y. At our age, friendship is very important. Keep up the good work.

Everyone is so friendly- I have vertigo And fell in the gym-I was not injured but there were people on the scene in seconds and they made sure I was ok - My husband brought me home and all is well. I have to get stronger but I will be back soon! I love the team and members there! Rebecca Meloni

The weight room is well-stocked for the experienced and novice body builder alike and also caters to those who are looking to tone and maintain, with enough cardiovascular machines for heart healthy lifestyles.
