Everyone is so friendly- I have vertigo And fell in the gym-I was not injured but there were people on the scene in seconds and they made sure I was ok - My husband brought me home and all is well. I have to get stronger but I will be back soon! I love the team and members there! Rebecca Meloni
I Like the variety of programs available, the time for members to use the facility, the locker rooms, and the heated pool.

The weight room is well-stocked for the experienced and novice body builder alike and also caters to those who are looking to tone and maintain, with enough cardiovascular machines for heart healthy lifestyles.

I enjoy the activities and programs designed for the Silver Sneakers population. Exercise classes are effective and enjoyable. The control of attendance helps to assure customers that the classes are reasonably safe.
The classes for seniors are outstanding with Misty. And Sheila’s line dancing class is so easy to follow and a lot of fun:)

I normally attend classes at Weekley, but a friend invited me to the Ft. Bend Y to check out Mistie’s class. It was fantastic!!!! She’s an excellent instructor— enthusiastic and engaged with those in her class. Her music is fun. I definitely recommend her.

Senior aerobics (Mistie, instructor), chair yoga (Kristin instructor). Just rejoined Y so haven’t tried other classes yet. Mistie’s classes are fun & she modifies the classes to the seniors. It’s not always exercises; occasionally we have meet & greet other members in class. Kristin has a very soothing voice & I feel so relaxed afterwards.
Good Classes For Seniors
The instructor, and the way she runs the Cardo class. Everyone in any condition gets a great workout. The class is designed for seniors and she has a hugh class.
I really enjoy the adult classes. Yoga, Barre. Great instructors.

Both Kristin and Misti at the Ft Bend Y in Missouri City are terrific. They are upbeat friendly and have really great workouts. They never get boring! The staff there is also very cordial and efficient.

I love Kristin's Pilates, Barre & Yoga classes! Her classes makes reaching my exercise goals fun & attainable & then she challenges me further! People of all exercise levels benefit from her classes! I've been able to keep my New Year's exercise goals because of Kristin's classes at the YMCA!

Exercise programs for seniors
I only had a chance to meet Ms. Veronica (yoga) and Ms. Ashley (bodypump). They are great instructors and very warm and welcoming. Unfortunately it seems that many great classes are happening at the same time. I wish they were in a sequence.

I feel good in mind and body after my workout.
