Need to replace the.Mondays cancelled line dancing class .
The schedule of classes is vast and various, with convenient times, mornings and evenings. The weight room is well equipped and seldom overcrowded. Most of the instructors are excellent, and there are plenty of opportunities to make new social contacts, if that is your objective.
You have a variety of classes to choose from
I love the body pump, Pilates and barre classes.
I like the available hours, the various equipment, the restrooms. the staff. and the other amenities this YMCA provides.

Routinely, I do group exercises with Kristen at the Fort Bend YMCA.
She is an amazing instructor complete with talent, creativity (weekly updated moves and music), and encouragement (“If I don’t push you, who will?) on top of this, she is ever so punctual

Never crowded. Never have to wait to use a machine..but NOT open on SUNDAY. I go there when my day takes me to Stafford or Sugarland.
We absolutely love the Fort Bend YMCA! The kid care has exceeded all of my expectations. They are absolutely wonderful! They have so many fun activities for the kids and my children love being there! The wellness center is always clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly. 10/10!

The schedule of classes ( Low Impact and Zumba), the instructors and the friendly atmosphere.
Lionel the pool but due to the triple temperature digits during the day I am not swimming. Recommending a covering during these times
I love the fact that you involve and include seniors in your programs. It is also a nice clean friendly environment.
The facilities are excellent (fitness workout room and swimming pool) and the Staff is OUTSTANDING!!

The instructors for some of your group classes, such as the yoga, pilates and low impact combo are fantastic. They truly deserve an applaud for all they do to make the experience beneficial health wise and fun. Working out doesn't feel like it's an unwelcome chore.
Gym has most equipment needed for a good workout. A few machines are not 100%, need repair or replace. The classes are always full. .
