I go to the Y ONLY because of the classes Kristin Baker teaches! She makes classes fun, challenging & never boring! I appreciate Kristin keeping things interesting by updating the class with new moves & an atmosphere conducive for a fun workout with music fit for the workout & lighting to make the workout even better! We don't really use the programs----but we LOVE the Staff, the Weight/Fitness Room, and the swimming pool. (Wish you had SHADE for the swimming pool.)
