Love the chair yoga. I’m 77 and it helps me so much. The instructor is wonderful! The staff there is very professional and nice. Overall it’s a 10 for me.

Most instructors are very knowledgeable however, because of that fact, classes are getting crowded.

Too much to write down..... clean, nice looking facility. Variety of class options. Instructors, especially Kristin Baker & cycling teachers. The price is fair. The customer service is great. . . The Bible in the lobby. The nice & big restrooms. The heated pool. The bathing suit dryer in the bathroom. The availability of equipment. The familiar faces. The items hanging on the walls. And the location.
I enjoy the variety of classes and the instructors are excellent. The staff is very helpful and the members are very friendly.

I enjoy the Forever Well & Silver Sneakers classes. The instructors make the classes fun & doable for us senior members who are wanting to exercise at their ability levels to stay healthy.
