Member Testimonials
Instructor led exercise allows me to focus on my overall training and well being.
Class times allow seniors daytime options.
People are able to work at their own pace and time.
There are activities for every age group.
Treadmill
The people that work there is very kind. The equipment is good condition and clean.
My favorite is Tai Chi at 11 am. However the time has been changing. We all prefer 11 am Tai Chi.
I use a limited amount of the programs and activities and primarily spend my time in the gym. There is much more the Fort Bend YMCA than that and I may eventually utilize those as well.
I only utilize the elliptical because of mobility problems. I would suggest new machines I’ve been to the YMCA locations where the ellipticals are better.
All Good, Timely and Affordable
The variety of programs and the staff members are friendly toward senior citizens. The programs for senior citizens are appropriate and produce results.

Friendly atmosphere
Very clean facility
Everyone is very nice. This is my forst experience working with a trainer. The ladies at the front desk suggested to train with Adam. He is great! He is very positive and listens to my concerns. I also enjoy the cardio dance classes. True, I have no rhythm, but who cares! It is fun.
Group exercise classes & location
Unfortunately, I haven't participated in group classes and activities since the pandemic because some of the classes that I used to take pro-pandemic are no longer offered, including TRX, which was one of my favorites. On the positive side, I appreciate the Les Mills virtual workouts, which I can do alone.
Setting up your workout online which is better than over crowded class that have no appts
