I don't usually join an exercise group, but the Silver Sneaker exercise classes that the YMCA provides are geared for seniors and are really a lot of fun. I attend two cardio classes every week and if life gets in the way and I miss one of my classes I really miss it. Mistie our instructor always comes into class with a smile on her face and an hour' worth of exercise that I can get through and still look forward to my next class. My class is large, and I have made friends with some really nice folks. I really am glad my Medicare plan offers this benefit.

Great instructors! especially Kristin and Mistie. Nice people at the front desk -- and John is a wonderful greeter who remembers names of kids and adults. Facilities are always clean -- kudos to housekeeping. Lots of extras to make you feel welcome (food, TV, internet).

Enjoy the instructors and the staff. They are friendly and happy to help us with any questions. Nice and clean environment. We are also greeted when we walk indoors. The whole staff is awesome!!
