We just enjoy treadmills and bike. Also some weights. A ver friendly atmosphere!
group exercise classes
Classes have very good instructors - Body Balance, body pump and BollyX. More lunch time classes would be nice.
The facilities are clean and well equipped.
The staff is friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasant experience.
I like Trotter’s group workouts, e.g. Body Jam, Les Mills Dance, Sh’bam, Zumba, Body Pump… also like the weight rooms; they’re spacious with lots of different machines to help you get ripped. Most of all, I like the friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility….

Great place to visit!
Lots to do and you don’t have to be a gym-only person.
The variety, qualified/engaging instructors, many options.
I dislike the fact that the pool hours have been cut back. Also there are new members who are speaking loud while they are working out. They are on the phones with earphones and talking loud. Abnoxious. I am going to cancel my membership.
We like all of the instructors.
Swimming pool, women's gym
Exercise classes are fantastic with great instructors. Very happy place for everyone.
I don’t know much about the activities but I will say the Bible Study at the Trotter Y was accommodated and I am so very grateful.
We have 8-10 people who are definitely seniors and it has been wonderful for us.
Thank you!
All is doing nicely at the gym level where I go. Some machines sometimes would have a loose or slippery handle but they tend to get fixed in due time. Some fellow gym users can be friendlier like asking nicely to use a station I am about to leave, or not hanging three towels on three machines to claim all three stations simultaneously. But I am sure the Y has no control over those extreme minorities of otherwise good folks who use the gym.
Pickleball, racquetball, clean weights and lifting room, spin room. Pool. Wife loves Pilates.
I love the lap pool, but I do think that the children’s swimming lessons could be done in the other pool so that they don’t take a lap lines
The programs and talks that Elena puts together.

Hours open are good.
