So many new friendships, such lovely people..
Wonderful teachers
Great varieties of group exercise classes..
I’m to be found at the Y six days a week..
Also fabulous community projects..

The program’s and activities here at the YMCA are designed to allow your family to be involved physically and mentally to build total success. Trotter YMCA has been a great resource for me in raising my kids. Thank you YMCA for supporting all the community that you touch.

I love that there are lots of classes for my busy schedule, and have been making more classes at this time, but now the holidays are killing my work out schedule

I use the Silver Sneakers program and have met such lovely people there. Even reconnected to an old friend. Many other activities for physical and mental health.

There are a wide variety of machines and classes available. I recently returned and was pleasantly surprised by the updated treadmills.

the gym was clean and organized. Things were in their place. I liked the steam room. The overall design of the gym is not the best but it works fine. Not much we can do about that now. I also liked the food court - though it was a little pricey. I understand, they need to stay in business.
