I love that there are lots of classes for my busy schedule, and have been making more classes at this time, but now the holidays are killing my work out schedule
I use the Silver Sneakers program and have met such lovely people there. Even reconnected to an old friend. Many other activities for physical and mental health.
Yes, I like some classes a lot like Zumba and Stretching.
The variety of fitness options and quality class instructors.
Have good program for refuge, about rent.....
There are a wide variety of machines and classes available. I recently returned and was pleasantly surprised by the updated treadmills.
Flexibility and convenience
the gym was clean and organized. Things were in their place. I liked the steam room. The overall design of the gym is not the best but it works fine. Not much we can do about that now. I also liked the food court - though it was a little pricey. I understand, they need to stay in business.
Wide range of exercise equipment. Heated outdoor lap pool is fabulous for low impact exercise routines. Happy to recommend the Y for anyone seeking group activities and general purpose exercises
It has many activities that I like. Workouts, meeting friends to play games, swim, a place to eat, read, and talk. I also love the trips to different places within a reasonable amount of travel in a bus, and with people you know. Everyone you talk to that works there are very professional, nice, courteous and very helpful.
I love the variety of group exercise classes. Zumba is my favorite! I also use the weight room and the pool on occasion.
I love the deep water in the pool!!! Thank you. Name removed

I use the Handball courts - usually at least twice per week.
So many great classes to choose from & fantastic teachers ! The scheduled times are convenient & the classrooms are as good size .
Variety !
I like the classes and instructors! Very motivating and inspiring.
Cardio dance classes and pickleball
The fitness instructors, especially Diana (Zumba) and Rae/Stephanie (BodyJam) are excellent. They make the classes fun.
I like the variety of classes and the weight area. The facility is always clean and staff welcoming
One thing I find odd that I do not find at the downtown or Foster Y is that participants in some of the classes will stop in the middle of class and start up a conversation with their neighbor. 🤷♀️ The ladies are generally at the front of the class. I don’t know if this is an age (these ladies seem to be seniors) or culture (they are bilingual) thing but it is distracting and disrespectful of other members.
I love the Les Mills classes, especially Body Combat and Body Attack. I wish they were more often offered outside work hours since I can mostly only attend them on weekends or work/school holidays. I also really do like the weight room and find the staff super helpful. Monica is also highly responsive
I ve already done this once; great programs and staff; major part of my exercise life
I mostly weight train and use the sled and the track.
They seem pretty well organized
Love the programs ….doing a great job for the community..
Please bring back towels to Trotter. You can raise the rates, by $5, and pay for the towels.
Astros', church, & the YMCA in my opinion, are the most important factors to keep the world revolving.
No extra cost .
The facility is clean, well organized and failing equipments are repaired promptly. To top it all , the staff are always smiling , friendly and helpful.

all senior fit programs. Please add Tai Chi
