Classes and instructors who modify exercises for varying age groups, abilities, and temporary or permanent physical limitations.
I would like to see more of these during weekday morning hours after 9:00 AM.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Great instructors and classes for everyone - from easy to challenging - so you can improve at your own pace. The parking is extremely abundant and convenient. Security doesn't seem to be an issue and Trotter YMCA has a family-friendly environment.

Pool heated for a longer swim season.
Community activities other the fitness center.
For me, the Y is very close and easy to access.
