I don’t really utilize programs or activities, but the gym is great. State of the art facilities and equipment, always clean, peak hours there is still room and dumbbells available. Great experience overall. Also I really liked how when it made sense/safe to do so, the YMCA was ready to reopen and more than willing to reopen as soon as possible, last year.

I only went to the pool to swim laps. My first time to Tellepsen YMCA. I will check out other programs and would recommend this facility. Although it is a bit further away for me.

Dance fit classes and instructors
After having tried few gyms in the Houston area, the Tellepsen Y has been the best experience I have had. The group classes, the equipment, instructors and facility are excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Y to frinds and family.
Water Exercise
The Zumba class is Awesome and the Aquatic center is Awesome too .
I like the personal, friendly people at the downtown YMCA in Houston! They are way cool and always available to take care of any issues I may have.

All inclusive in membership fee. Attend mostly spin classes and yoga classes. Would like the women's workout area re-opened!!!!!!!!!!
I like all of your programs
I only use the 4th floor fitness area and really like it.
Please add more classes during lunch time - ie. 11:15 classes - add Body Pump or Body Combat instead of so many Body Attack classes on Mon, Wed and Friday.
I love Michelle's HITT classes at Tues and Thurs at 11:15.
Also please bring the towels back!
The activities are good! I wish there was a more robust yoga schedule with better times and more class options.
