Thank you very much for connecting the TV's to the stationary bicycles. I like everything about the Downtown Y. It's absolutely the best facility of it's kind, and I have seen a lot of them.
Instructors and facilities are both excellent.
I really like taking classes from Michelle and Ashley! I can only make Ashley’s rpm class on Saturdays.
I do wish Asley could teach her classes at 6 or 6:15 p.m.because I can’t make it to the y on time for her 5:30 rpm or pump class.
These 2 are the best in my book! They are the reason I go to the y! They are wonderful, knowledgeable and motivating.

I love the social aspect of heading to Tellepsen.
Staff is always very helpful and friendly. in fact they have gone above and beyond to help out more than once. Plenty of equipment and space in the workout areas.The private swim lessons have been fabulous. I have always hated swimming, but Olivia is an incredible teacher and has made it fun, so much so that I've actually gone swimming on my own. I'm sure I don't know about all the programs and activities yet, but the ones I've used have been great.
I love the atmosphere. I love everything about the Y. I love the many floors with many different things to do in each floor. I love the swimming pool and the variety of classes that are available.
Accessible, varied, inexpensive. I feel like I belong at the Y - it’s a good fit for me and I am more likely to work out because of this.
People, it’s clean
Are you planning to bring back the towels for wiping equipment? These are greatly missed and I will continue bringing a towel from home until you provide again.
Also, the use of paper towels to wipe the equipment seems quite wasteful and inconvenient. Of all the suggested CDC guidelines for gyms, it seems wiping the equipment after each use is the only one you have implemented. The machines are still crammed right next to each other. Masks are not required. There are no rules against social distancing. etc. And since wiping the equipment after each use is 100% the responsibility of the paying YMCA member, it seems a bit curious as to why this is the only guideline you are following.
Bring back the towels. Have YMCA personnel wiping off the equipment ... not the members.
