I like that Nex-Tech is local and if we have any issues, we will be able to call and talk to someone that we understand and is in Kansas.
The whole process was easy to get installed...from laying the fiber to installing services in our home.
Very responsive when we called to report a neighbor’s tree had taken down our internet line. Once the City got limbs out of power lines your guy got it fixed.

Lindsey was amazing to deal with from the very start and getting everything set up, including up to the install. The installer was right on time, and had everything installed quickly and went through everything with my mother in-law since i could not be there. And the transition has been flawless and everything works better then what i have had previously.

Our TV comes on much faster than it did with Cable. The big selection of channels, as well as movies are easy to get to. We had the service go down a couple of times, but John was able to reboot the box on the wall and we have not had any trouble since then. So far, we are pleased with the service as well as the internet.
