Nex-tech did it again! They provided stellar support and service. A pesky gopher ate through our fiber line for the second time. The first time was in blowing snow that Nex-tech fixed it. This time it was in high winds again. But never fail, Nex-tech fixed it both times even in nasty weather.

The Tech was efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that after dealing with this issue for weeks. I did NOT however, appreciate the Help Desk people that told me to reboot my computer when it was the landline with the issues.
