Everyone I speak with is incredibly nice. I work from home and when my service goes down or having issues connecting, the crew troubleshoots until they find the answer and then fixes it the same day most of the time. Very kind people working for NexTech!

The over the phone IT could not solve our issue, they sent an IT Tech , he was here in a matter of minutes. He was a newer employee, he tried and checked everything he could think of. A long time Tech was called out, together they tracked down the problem and solved it. We are a Local Business the issue affected out POS and credit card processing.
