The first call I made was to the help desk. I was mad as a hornet with the rep and told him there was no way I could do what he was telling me!!!! After several phone calls to local persons I found someone to check my router. I called back and the next rep was much nicer than the first one I encountered. At least he was understanding which the first one was NOT> I was really unhappy that my internet, phone, and TV Now were all off for 3 days. NO SERVICE on weekends in not good and I don't recommend it. After Monday they had to get the bucket truck to repair the wind damage on the pole, that was the problem. It took 15 min. And I was off for 3 days and not a happy camper at that point. No you do not want me to share my experience with others at this point. I think is was uncalled for to make me wait that long.
I called for help and with in a few hours my problem was fixed and I was back up and running. The tech was very nice and helpful. Thank you.
The men were very professional and took only about 10 minutes to locate the trouble and they were done in less than an hour. They came to fix the phone li ne in less than 4 hours from my call to the head office. Very satisfied and they were able to locate the problem very quickly.

Very new to the NexTech family but the communication was great and the install was super fast and friendly.

Help desk is and has always been the outstanding feature of your company. The help desk will be very very patience with we who are lacking in a technology IQ. This call required three calls and the problem couldn’t be resolved so a technician was sent to personally aide. The problem was corrected and the customer is happy.
