Friendly and professional. Cassie does not spend a lot of time at the facility, but they remember her like she is there daily. Facility is clean and well attended to. It's nice to have access to cameras to check in on Cassie. They make our dog feel comfortable, and keep our family at ease while we are out of town. Thank you for having a first-class team!

The staff is always very attentive and goes above and beyond to take care of our Koda! We trust them to take care of Koda’s stomach/health problems when he’s with them. And they take the cutest pictures! We’re never worried about Koda when he’s with them, we know he’s in the best hands!

Sarah does such a great job grooming Belle and Belle absolutely loves her! It seems like she really takes her time to not only make sure Belle looks her best, but she also has gotten to know Belle to make sure she's comfortable with her! I also love the holiday special packages so that we get a fun keepsake :)

It was very easy to make an appoint to get my dogs nails trimmed. The availability was great and the result was fantastic.
Thr grooming ser ices are rhe best ahd the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Its the only place i feel safe to brubg my fog.
Everyone on the staff is extremely nice and helpful right from the first moment you walk through the door. I truly appreciate having such a safe and trusting environment to drop off my pup every day
Roxy is always very excited to be there, and I see her tail wagging anytime I check the camera, so I know she is happy, and really, that's what's important! She won't accept being crated, and that is accommodated during nap time. The staff is very friendly, and again, Roxy is genuinely happy to see them. I appreciate the cameras being available too!!
Ease of making an appt. The Groomer was very attentive of needs/wants and vey friendly.
She also did a terrific job with my dog. I know he is very nervous going to Groomers and he seemed very comfortable at Dogtopia.
I will definitely be returning.

It’s always been easy to schedule or reschedule days there. My schedule is not regular, so I don’t have set days and times .
The best! Dogtopia at South Elgin owner and staff take great care of our dogs while we’re away on a long vacation and just during the day for daycare!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our dog loves going there. We recently had him groomed there and we love the job they did. The web cams are awesome as they allow us to check in and see what's happening.
