We absolutely love Dogtopia. The grooming service has always been top notch and our dogs look amazing. I feel like the cost is very reasonable and I’m always impressed by the attention to detail and how quick the service is.
One recommendation from our most recent visit. When my pups came out they were very excited to see me and say hello to others in the lobby. The staff had the front door propped open and one of my dogs started to slip out of her collar and back out the door. Thankfully she didn’t fully slip out and the tech that brought her out was able to grab her pretty quick. Just think it might be best to keep the door shut so no excited pups accidentally run out the door. Just a suggestion!

We enjoy using Dogtopia. The drop off and pick up is always quick and easy. The scheduling on the app is also easy. Going to Dogtopia gives Eevee something to do on the days that I work.

I love that everyone is friendly, kind and seem to enjoy what they do. I feel like my dog is taken care of and don't have to worry about anything. They are extremely good at communicating any issues that may arise. My dog loves going to daycare, she gets so excited the second she sees us pull up to the building and can't wait to get out of the car to go and play with her friends. Dave and his staff are truly just amazing.

Dave and his team go above and beyond for their clients! Each month I am always looking to see what new activity or crafts they will be doing with the dogs! They are very creative!

We have trusted Dave and his staff at Dogtopia at South Elgin now for a number of years when we go on trips and board our dogs with them since we both retired.
