The staff is great -- training, attitudes, and dedication to the dogs! Before our tour of the facility was even over, we felt comfortable leaving our sweet puppy for boarding, a prospect that was giving us a lot of anxiety. We have recommended Dogtopia to others already and have shown off the webcam to whoever will look at it! What a relief, to know our little one is in such good care.

Very thorough evaluation prior to letting our dogs interact with other dogs and people. We felt comfortable leaving them in their care and really liked the access to view them via cameras. Would highly recommend and we will continue to use them.

We like that Rizzo can play most of the day while being boarded. He won't get lonely or bored while we are gone. He has a suite too so he won't be in a crate at night because he is use to a big bed!!!
We just brought our 9-month old Brittney Spaniel, Beau, for meet and greet this week and then purchased a package. Dave and his associates are just naturals when it comes to handling the dogs. They are passionate and work very well with their furry friends.
The place is extremely clean - you can't tell dogs are there all day!

My dog (Lahela) and I were there yesterday for meet and greet. We walked in the front door and was greeted with smiles from the ladies at reception desk. I had a tour of the facility and was very impressed; so clean and the areas for the dogs to play in is great. I will definitely be bringing my dog there for daycare and boarding. Thank you to the owners for opening this great Dogtopia in South Elgin.

My dog had a great time & was nice and clean when we picked him up.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not push my frightened dog. Instead, they suggested I come back on a quiet day so he’s not so overwhelmed.
