My boys are always in good hands with the staff and Dogtopia in south elgin IL. They really know the dogs and are so well taken care of and exercised. The staff is great and my boys Clark , Bruce , and Lionel love going there for boarding , grooming, and playtime.

I really love that daycare actually feels like school for the dogs and parents! Especially when they have activities throughout the month. I get excited to see pictures of what my dog and other dogs had done for the day!
I took her in for a bath and I felt she was not fresh smelling when she was returned to me. Maybe it was the shampoo. She certainly did shed less. Kudos for that. Thanks
Excellent facility and customer service. The owner Dave, took his time to answer all of my questions and show me around the facility. The staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt. It is obvious that everyone loves dogs and created an environment to meet their needs.
I appreciate the “report card” given on my pup and ability to see how he interacts with daycare friends. The staff has been nothing but friendly and informative!

Visibility through the webcams is my absolute favorite! Other facilities don’t allow you to view your pets interactions with the other dogs, and Dogtopia allows you to watch your pup pretty much all day long (with the exception of nap time).

The facility is very clean and the coaches are so good with all the dogs! They are so happy to see Sadie when I bring her in and that makes me comfortable. You have a great team!

I like the fact that you provide long weekend hours. In addition, I have noticed that upon pickup, my dogs are freshened up after they play with other dogs because they have a fresh scent which is truly a nice touch.

Rosie loves the staff! She rolls onto her back for a belly rub regularly when I drop her off. They all seem to love her, too. I feel good about leaving her with people who really seem to care about all of the doggies.
Dogtopia is great! The groomers made my two dog look amazing plus my Mateo has nails that are nearly impossible to trim and they did it! Thank you so much! Plus both of them love coming here to hang out with their dog friends. I never have to worry about my dogs when they are here for daycare. Highly recommend Dave and his crew!

Mr. Axel had a difficult start in life, having been attacked as a puppy. This traumatic experience left him with certain socialization difficulties. However, thanks to your expertise and patience, he's now on a path to proper socialization. He's not an aggressive dog, but he tends to get overly excited during playtime.
