They are friendly and knowledgeable. They care about dogs and understand animal behavior. You and your pet are greeted with a smile and that is not so common any more.

The entire Dogtopia solution is absolutely brilliant. The owner of this franchise has done a great job of running his business and hiring people who seem to care about the dogs. While I had a really bad experience with another vendor, Dogtopia of South Elgin has done a wonderful job! They are my "go to" boarding service. I recommend them every chance that I get! Thank you!!

Eleanor had a great experience her first visit. We were able to watch on the camera her activities and socializing. The most notable observation is that the staff was constantly working to keep the play area clean and safe for all of the dogs. It is clear that the staff takes pride in their work, and that is so reassuring when you’re leaving your family member under their care.
Ease of appointment scheduling, and caring people who genuinely love dogs. Groomers do a great job with our giant Lab.
