Good quality products, price matching, and relaxed atmosphere (sales staff are helpful, while still giving you space to browse. I dislike those stores where sales staff hover around you and continuously make suggestions when you haven’t asked for help)
I also really appreciate the technical knowledge and expertise of staff with respect to equipment. I always learn something helpful when I’ve asked for their advice e.g. waxing skis

Often, I feel ignored when I walk in: I am older, female, and fatter. I am still there to buy for myself and my sporty family.
