You need a cable lat pull down machine. You have the space. That’s what you need.
I love the helpful staff most of all. I go to classes every week. Chair yoga is great & Jenny is an awesome instructor. Very patient & helpful. Tai Chi & line dancing are both good classes too. I love the instruction by staff on the workout machines. I’m 67 & need instructions sometimes. I’ve even been going to Bible study on Friday mornings. Just retired this year & the YMCA keeps me bust! I like that.
it is a beautiful facility with all the exercise equipment that i need. and of course, the staff is so friendly and helpful. we are very fortunate to have such a great YMCA in New Albany.
