I am happy that I can go in at any time on my own schedule and work on the EGYM machines or just walk the indoor track. All the staff are so nice and helpful. The Y is a friendly, safe place to meet and exchange ideas on fitness with other Seniors my age.

The warm pool is allowing me to walk pain-free for the first time in several years!
The welcoming atmosphere and the knowledgeable and friendly staff, best of all the diversity in in activities/groups and gym equipment the Egym is a game changer and the kids love the rock wall there is something for everyone in my family and I love the separate men and women’s seem /sauna rooms lol
The classes are set to pace to meet the children where they are and build their confidence in the water. I believe the greatest gift you can give your child is the knowledge and skills to survive on their own once you are gone!

The eGym machines. My husband and I were initially skeptical about them, but we've tried them and now think they provide a good workout.
Cleanliness and variety of classes. I feel this ymca needs more weight machines as they are always in use and never available.
