I attend aquatics classes and am so impressed with the current morning classes. I love the privilege of going to River Run for some classes over the summer months. It is so much fun. I love the E Gym and appreciate that feature. It is a great place for me to get involved! Staff is friendly and helpful.

I love the group fitness classes. Dale and Megan H. are amazing, so I take a lot of their classes. When they have substitute instructors, they are typically very very good as well. Wonderful group fitness instructors, so please be sure to continue supporting them. They are the BEST!
