The equipment machines in the free classes
I like how its clean on the track and in the equipment area. I also like how there's soft music playing while you work out. I like that there's a ton of cleaning spray and paper towels near by. Thats really convenient when moving from one equipment to another.
Cant say that staff are friendly because they do not speak when walking by or when they are checking you in. Continue to have employees routinely check and clean the bathrooms and locker rooms. They tend to be left dirty. Maybe have sales every now and then for membership. We want to work out and stay healthy but with price going up its hard to pay towards something other than a utility bill or mortgage bill.
The variety and availability of equipment.
My son, with special needs, absolutely loves going to the Y. His favorite activities are the pool, basketball court, and watching the elevators. It is without a doubt his favorite “happy place”.

The therapy pool. Speaking for my husband and I, You come to the Y to stay in shape, get in shape or to ease the pain. We are the latter. The warm therapy pool helps to ease the aches and pains. And we have come to appreciate it more and more.

Water classes and ease of getting to location
What I like best about the YMCA is that it's so easy to come and have a full body workout anytime you want to and the staff is also so available and user friendly to speak with as well all of the facilities are clean and I see people cleaning up afterwards they have a wonderful lost and found Department as well they have so many programs if you want to get into shape no matter what your condition is physical therapy from your doctor or just even you know getting older and just wanting to get in shape they can help you with that there's two swimming pools along with a warm water pool and they also have saunas as well as Steam rooms so yes I love the ones I'm so glad I joined thank you everyone
