The life guards are wonderful( we always go in the afternoon til closing. I wish all the Y’s had such pleasant watchful and respectful guards- some of them have bossy ones.,
The warm therapy pool... Im not fond of the hours but when I can get a session in I'm all there for it. The track is really nice too... love the view and random exercise areas around it.

Friendly and helpful staff
I love the Water Fitness classes during the weekday mornngs, such a huge help, epecially after not being able to attend for 2 years! I also, like that when I was incorrectally charged my money was refunded to me, I would like for you to know that last week when I was able to finally go back to my Y, I litterally got choked up not once but twice! Once walking in the door and then again while exercising in the pool with fellow members, it is so good to be back!!!

A beautiful facility that, not only serves our community well, but enhances the liveability of this area. People from all walks of life come together there to get their exercise and see friends. There are a great number of organized activities to participate in - something for everyone from the very young to us not-so-young. I would like to give a shout out to the pool staff for the excellent job they do it managing and maintaining 3 pools and the many, many activities that use those pools! I also can't say enough about Christinia's staff who are there to provide instructions and exercise programs for all the wonderful equipment the YMCA has. I give Ben Johnson a fist bump for his patience and keen interest in fitness exercises/technique. I know that the YMCA also has many classes for the pool and fitness rooms, as well as on the courts that serve all demographics, especially kids. Keep up the great work!
THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF AND THEIR WILLINGNESS TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO ME WHEN I ENTER THE BUILDING. THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THE STAFF AT THE REPUBLIC BANK SITE IN THE WEST END OF LOUISVILLE.
