I love the group fitness and that there is childcare provided while I’m working out. I know my daughter is having fun socializing with her peers in a safe environment while I am provided the chance to work on my health and wellness.

I can only use the therapy pool at this time. I have a Burst Compression Lumbar I Fracture in my back. I can only stand for about four minutes at a time but once in the therapy pool, I can stay there an hour with no pain. I go about three times per week.
I like it that there are so many people 65 and over that have opportunities/activities to be with others.
Group exercise!
Triston (Tristen?) did a great job of being attentive to all the littles in his group. I appreciate the way he really listened to them and seemed to care about what they had to say even when they were hard to hear/understand.
