Our family loves the Y!
We loved our experience at the Y for swim lessons! The teacher was great (Miss Kelsie)! She was very patient and helpful with my 3 year old. I also appreciated that none of the lessons were canceled. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Politeness, courtesy of staff/ especially the front desk: Love the amenities - exercise equipment for all ages: warm water aerobics: Cleanliness, with one exception, women's shower room/bathroom floors could be cleaner.
Excellent place for individuals/family. I come from Louisville, just because of the atmosphere, and the convience of the warm water pool that helps me so much!!
The Y in New Albany, from my perspective, is the nicest Y in the metro area. I live in Louisville but often ride my bike to the New Albany Y. The sauna, steam room and therapy pool are my rewards for having worked out in the other areas of the Y. The staff I’ve met have been very helpful and friendly.
