I love the classes and the people. The instructors are all friendly and help make everyone feel comfortable. I also get a great workout when I go. I feel good when I leave.
Floyd County branch is really slow to repair broken equipment, the upstairs weight stack equipment is aging and needs to be updated soon with multiple leg pieces,
please have workers remind patrons not to sit on equipment on their phones

It has a great variety of exercise options. Enough machines to never run into a problem getting on one. And it’s in a great spot!

The place is very clean.
The water aerobic classes, the weight machines and recumbent machines. The water classes offered at River Run in the summer. The people who work there are very nice. The special monthly give aways. I like the app to see what is offered and when. Great selection of aerobic classes.
This is by far the most beautiful YMCA I have ever been to. But you can’t go by looks alone. The people who work here are so nice and polite!

The instructor we had was fantastic. It was a large class for kids ranging from 6 months-36 months but she still took the time to focus on my child and help him personally (I saw her do this other kids as well). I will definitely recommend swim lessons at the Y!

to their duties. What programs do you have for girls ages 6-10? These are the ages of my grand daughters. I want your swimming staff to teach them to swim. Do you have camp for girls? Arts and crafts?When they become members, what will they be able to do?
