The set up is great. I like that it offers an indoor track. It is really clean as well.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Upon opening, I felt the staff was standoffish and catered only to young adults and the super fit. that sentiment was echoed by two acquaintances so I didn’t think it was just me, but that has changed totally. everyone is completely nice now. I am comfortable coming no matter for a class, a swim, walk, or just some exercise. Kudos for getting the right team.

I love coming to the Y its like going on vacation
however I am disappointed in the non repair of broken equipment there are signs on equipment at Floyd county dating back to a year ago May, this lady and I keep asking for the 1 rowing machine to be fixed and it isn't , please fix and update equipment

I really benefit from the water classes, the weight room machines , treadmill, elliptical trainers the walking track and cycling classes

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the group exercise classes - Misty's High Low Fitness class on Saturdays is a highlight of my week! I also love Tanya's and Donna's WaterFit classes. The classes make movement fun and push me to try activities I wouldn't do on my own.
