What do you like best about the YMCA?

All the equipment that I need is at The Y with many other class options as well. I tend to focus on free weights, but I love that there are so many other options when I need to switch my routine around. Also, the staff is simply amazing. It’s great to see them every day I walk in!

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The Downtown Y has it all from yoga, to spinning to weight lifting. The front desk staff makes you feel at home. Plus, it is a chance to meet a lot of new people. And for me, going to the Y clears my head and the world feels a little kinder.

And I want to give a shout out to two of the best, Jen Toepfer and Tracye Church.

Plenty of free weights, machines and options. The Downtown Louisville Y is large enough that everyone has plenty of room to exercise, especially with Covid going on.
