The Y tries to be like a family. For those of us that have been long-time members, we have seen a lot of changes, but we continue to greet one another, and to treat one another with kindness.

I like that it's very clean, there are more than enough machines to go around & with each different discipline being on a different floor you don't have to worry about walking through a crowd of people if you happen to be self conscious.
