My Stay Strong Class
It's my first week at the dt y. Just started a job dt. Loved my first 2 classes: spinning and body pump. Outstanding instructors!
Multiple floors ,lots of equipment, no real waiting to use equipment
The proximity to my work makes things so much simpler for me. I live closer to the SW YMCA, but getting there from work isn’t as convenient. I love Troy at the front desk as well!
