I am enjoying Walk-15 twice a week. Lisa is a wonderful teacher, warm & encouraging to everyone.

JD at check-in is very friendly & kind to everyone.

I love that the Downtown Y is so close to my home & offers everything I could need for my fitness needs.

The convenience of being here in the Park helps remove the excuses to NOT exercise. There are always plenty of spray bottles and cloths to use before and after you use any of the equipment, reducing germ spread opportunities.
