What do you like best about the YMCA?

It's easy to stop in for 20 minutes before my shift. I can't get into the garage to use my home equipment with the baby, which makes it impossible to workout.

If I leave early and I'm here before my shift there is no excuse to back out of a workout.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The women’s locker room is spacious and clean. The pool area is bright and the lifeguards are helpful and personable. I love being able to reserve a lane- it helps to avoid a lot of frustration.

When I signed back up in January, Yvonne went out of her way to be helpful and friendly and she made my day. There are two YMCAs that are closer to me but I much prefer the Downtown Y so drive further and pay the parking.

The best part of why is working out with all of his guitar getting out in yourself at the same time getting in shape and enjoying life. You’re also a good place to relax and have a good conversation while you’re in the steam room lamp. Enjoy life.
