The best part is scheduling a swimming lane. It endures that you have a lane and it helps with commitment. If I have reserved a lane I am more likely to show up then to just blow it off-makes you accountable. I heard lane reserve was going away. Will see. Location is convenient with work, equipment is in great condition, private showers, excellent staff and great classes. Helping me to get back in shape and achieve my fitness goals.
The convenience of being at work and the time schedule. Showers, lockers and towels are an amazing plus.
The indoor track and the steam room are my favorite amenities at the downtown Y. I wish they’d bring back the towel service though, especially with membership prices going up.
