I like using the track and EGYM. The staff is very friendly
I always feel safe and supported and a big part of that is that it is family focused and friendly. The floor and locker rooms are also clean and and well equipped.
The only downside is having to pay for parking at the downtown facility. The downtown facility also is typically too hot to comfortably workout (summer and winter and I'm not referring to the days when weather shifts too quickly to adjust).
The staff are fab (at least to me). Tanika is crazy talented. She is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with.
The facility is kept spotless. The staff are friendy and helpful. The instructors are great!

I love that they have a women’s center and it feels safe. I love the sauna, the different levels of options to work out and i also love that there’s a pool

I like the variety of classes. I wish you would bring body pump heavy to the downtown Y. I also wish the evening classes were 45 minutes instead of an hour.
Same thing I always say-you can reserve swimming lanes. Not every Y offers that. I only swim at the Y. Locker rooms are clean. Pool temp good and pool well maintained. Just back off summer holidays so back to pool 4xwk again for the fall. Keep up the good work. Sue Hoar

Every time I go in, it’s quiet it’s clean. It’s peaceful. There’s plenty of room and it has everything on need for a successful workout. I only wish that they offer more classes during the evening because not everybody can come in the middle of the day or maybe even weekend mornings

Great location and amenities. Not many gyms also have cardio classes, wet/dry sauna. I wish you would bring back the whirlpool...
