I really appreciate the staff & instructors. They are very helpful and caring. I attend body pump and spin classes regularly. Sue P and Roxanne are great instructors. They always make sure you feel welcome in their classes.

It’s close to where I live. It’s clean. It has the workout equipment that I need. The staff is friendly. I just wish the men’s locker room was a little warmer and the shower water hotter.
Organized , staff , group classes and the cleanliness
I love the location (I work downtown so it’s convenient). I like the customer service; the people at the front desk are so welcoming. And compared to other gyms, I love the community.
