I love the variety of equipment available for use. While there are always quite a few people using the facility, it never feels overly crowded. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I recommend the Downtown YMCA to everyone looking for change from their usual gym.

Best staff compared to the other ones
I love the women's center. I do wish there were more free weights. Strength training is just as essential as cardio.
