Techs are informative and trustworthy.
I don't know if it's disappointment or not, but last year they showed me an air filter coated in dust and said it was mine. This looks like a different crew running things now, however i was shown a computer rundown of my jeep and the air filter was just fine. Scare tactics to get people to buy more is just under handed. Just a shame.
Everyone was very friendly, informed me about all they were doing before starting service and affordable!
1st - I was greeted by a young lady as I drove into the lot. She directed me where to go, asked me a couple questions and said - it'll take about 15 minutes.
2nd - she directed me inside and I watched as a whole team of individuals went to work getting my car taken care of. 15 minutes later, I was paying.
3rd - they made some recommendations, but weren't pushy at all

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They kept me informed of everything they were doing. They had me in and out within under 15 minutes. I will be going here again very nice staff and did a wonderful job

What I liked most about the visit was that they were attentive to my situation, understanding, and got the job done.
Went for a oil change they damage my oil pan and try to cover it up as I kept complaining about losing oil to them and went to the 4 times in 3 weeks of getting my oil change all they did was add oil each time they was not taking this seriously and some was laughing and joking they play alot in this location the manger lied serval times about the situation as well with no care or anything very unprofessional now I'm left with a oil leak and lies about what they did

This location is clearly scamming in an attempt to make money. Charged me for two air filters when my car only has one. A mechanic confirmed this. Heard them give two different prices to two different customers for a tire balance. Took twice as long to reprogram car for oil change as they were looking for another opportunity to scam. Calling the news.

Great service at a busy time but effective communications from the Jiffy Lube professionals
I had a coupon for a free tire rotation and I told the representative prior to the service being performed. He said okay and that it would be taken off at the end. He also told me Hyundai recommended a specific treatment and I asked the cost. He said he would know when it was rung up. I hesitated, but went ahead with it because it was recommended by the car manufacturer. So when it comes time to check out, he says the free tire rotation coupon is not valid for this site. I pulled it off of the Jiffy Lube website and it did not say not valid at certain locations. Then he pointed to some random numbers on the coupon and somehow I should have known by those random numbers that this location did not accept the coupon. Of course, I later find out the location up on Main Street in Reisterstown would have taken the coupon. Locations are not that far apart and approximately the same drive time for me. If there is a next time, I will go there. So had to pay for a tire rotation I would not have gotten except for the coupon. He did give a small percentage off for that. Oh, and I could not use the higher percentage coupon for the oil change cause I chose the full synthetic oil, as opposed to partial. I paid more for the oil change but could only use the lower percentage off coupon. And then I find out that the lovely treatment "recommended" by Hyundai is another $135. I won't even get into the cost for the air filters. So approximately 1/2 hour of service cost me $376. I chose to go to Jiffy Lube as opposed to Valvoline. Not sure that will be my decision next time.

Everything! The service was excellent. They actually opened the doors for me. They tackled my problem and I was out in less than 20 minutes. 10 out of 10 I will be back. They were very professional as well.
The young men demonstrated exceptional accommodation. Witnessing the professional demeanor of the opening crew was truly inspiring. Despite my time constraint that morning, the team members fostered positive interactions with me. This experience at the Pikesville location was undoubtedly one of the best.
