Attitude
The service was quick & easy.
Was this cause of the nature of the account “fleet vehicle”. I was never made aware of all the additional service/items replaced, air filter, washer blades.
What I like: Excellent work performed. Quick turnaround, 30 minutes.
What I don’t like: your costs are approaching those charged at my truck’s dealership in Glen Burnie and if that trend continues the only benefit you will have left in your favor is quick service without an appointment.
How smooth everything went with the appointment.

The politeness and humor of your staff. The honest insight/knowledge from your staff concerning pending issues/concerns that will impact your car. Most importantly, promptness. I reside in Lanham but this location is my GO TO!

Very timely service and always recommend if there’s things needed to be done.
The person who drove my car dirty the driver and passenger seat, did not take off his gloves, dirty the steering wheel of my car and my keys with oil. I had to go buy a spray to remove the oil from my seats, an unnecessary expense for me.
This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location. The staff is always so friendly and the service is always quick and reasonable.
