I would prefer not a call or email, we won’t be returning to this location regardless. What I didn’t appreciate is the dishonesty which lets be real we can expect that at most oil change locations for the sale but when you don’t even check the tires or put the fluid in that’s literally paid for thats neglect.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. And thorough! I live in Anderson, Indiana and had my oil
changed at a Jiffy Lube in Noblesville a couple of months ago. That location just changed my oil and sent me on my way. The Johnstown location did a thorough inspection and found I had a flood light out as well as one of my license plate lights. They also noted my brakes were getting to the point where I’d need to have them serviced soon, and that I had a tiny oil leak. Which would explain why I’m always a quart low when I’m around the 3k mark. They also suggested a tire rotation and filled up my tires. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all that information. I strongly rely on the people who do my oil changes to let me know what service issues I need to address, and it makes me feel a lot safer on the road to know my car is in good condition.
I like it, I was able to just drive right in, and was told what I needed. I had a nail in one of my tire and showed it to me, they didn't think that they couldn't take the nail out , so I took it back to where I purchased it, it was taken care of no problem. The other service I need was taken care of.i like the way they treated me. Very professional.

I was there last week for an oil change , after the change I asked about a smell I have been experiencing for a few months , I was told it was a oil leak top and bottom and was told next door at precision I can take there when able. I was asking about the effect being that the person who did the change did not mention the issue until I asked..I was also told as long as my oil levels are good it would not cause extensive damage because it was a 1/2 quart low and within 1000 miles if I did not get it repaired right away , they would top it off at no cost.. which I thought was great.. If I was told the issue without asking I would say 10., very likely . Otherwise I will keep coming back because everyone is friendly.. despite what happened.( Not each time like this time my car was vacuumed and tire pressure set.) . which I will I still choose Jiffy Lube for my change also despite naysayers !!
