Hello, how are you? I will not return to Jiffy lube Oxon hill as they have made my experience horrible. Never ever had a problem with my car/sensor/radar I go to get my oil change and in the mist of jiffy lube changing it they even drop a object, dirt maybe even oil down to my sensor and would not check or fix. I had called over 20 times once leaving to figure out what happened because it’s a safety concern due to me driving and having 3 children it helps to stop and control my car from car accidents . When I went back the same exact day to say something that once I left it was said that my radar was block which I know they went in my hood and under my car cause they knew I needed anti-freeze and brake fluid cause they mentioned it to me they tried to tell me they wasn’t in and nowhere near my bumper area of my car and that I coulda popped it driving when once again it’s a sensor (radar) to stop my car from hitting or going into another car. Never had this experience, my car never had this experience and now I can’t fix the problem because I can’t even find or began to even clean or remove what’s there after leaving jiffy lube. and through the front of my bumper I can see the oil splashed and wasted down there. They did a messy and horrible job. I would also like a follow up phone call Phone number removed thank you

I have been coming to this location for years without any problems. After this visit, I called and spoke to the manager, Amber, because something was stolen from my car and I was unsure if it happened at Jiffy Lube. She said she would review the cameras and call me back. I never heard back from Amber.
At this point there is no reason to follow-up with me for anything other than an apology. It is hard to believe that a return call to a consumer about possible stolen merchandise was forgotten which makes me wonder if my property was truly stolen by a Jiffy Lube employee. My family and I will go to another place (not another Jiffy Lube) for our oil changes going forward.

The top was left off my oil and I was driving around not noticing it until the next day. I called to contact them about the problem I got no answer at all.
Fast, good service
I took my car in for an oil change and ended up without an air filter. Am not sure how it was lost during an oil change but I noticed after the work was done that my car was running very loudly and so I opened the hood and the air filter compartment was open and the air filter was nowhere to be found. Email follow up preferred
I came in because I had a low tire pressure alert and decided to get that checked out and also to get an oil change. The person I worked with told me there was nothing wrong with the tire, did the oil change, sold me two kinds of filter and sent me on my way. The next day the same tire was down 8 PSI from when I left Jiffy Lube. Took it somewhere else and within 15 minutes of dropping it off they found a nail through the side wall. I have no confidence that the issue I came in reporting was actually investigated by your employees. I intend to find somewhere else to complete my routine service.
